User Centered Design
User Centered Design is the product of human-computer interaction and those who study the processes and dynamics of computer-mediated communication. User Centered Design is an important aspect of design because it is about creating a product or interface that meets the needs of the user and is focused on the user.
There are four types of User Interfaces: Graphical User Interfaces, Touch Interfaces, Voice Interfaces, and Augmented Reality.
Graphical user interfaces include windows, icons, menus, buttons, and scrolling bars. Motion, video, audio, and virtual reality features have also gradually become part of graphical user interfaces.
Touch interfaces use touch screens as combined input and output devices and allow users to directly interact with what is displayed on screen.
Voice interfaces allow the user to use voice/speech to interact with digital devices.
Augmented reality is about superimposing the computer-generated text, graphics, audio, GPS data, and other sensory elements. Augmented reality provides a modified view of reality with the aim to enhance your perception of the real world.
